Tesla made another stop by Pittsburgh last night. They usually make it here or close by when they are on tour, and we love them for it! These guys must be some of the hardest working in the business- the Energizer Bunnies of the music world. They seem to always be on tour or performing at festivals or on music cruises, not to mention the side projects they have going. This time they were fresh off a supporting role with Def Leppard on their North American Tour. These guys truly love what they do and it shows in the all they give every performance. Frank Hannon and Dave Rude are two amazingly talented guitarists that compliment each other wonderfully. It is a thing of beauty to watch them work. The entire band has a great chemistry, really, that no doubt comes in part from their years together. They also clearly love their fans, feeding off the energy of the crowd and giving it back in kind. This night, front man Jeff Keith made one young fan particularly happy when he invited him down to the front of the stage for a personal greeting. The set seemed a little short - maybe all that touring is getting the better of them? It was fantastic, none-the-less, and we can't wait for them to come back.
